These terms describe the use of the AutoCraft Talent website and private talent-network application. AutoCraft Talent is an independent recruiting agency, not the employer for opportunities discussed through its recruiting process.

Recruiting-agency role

AutoCraft Talent recruits and screens professionals for confidential opportunities with automotive businesses. Employer details are shared during screening and before a candidate's information is presented. A candidate's profile will not be sent to a specific employer without further authorization.

No employment guarantee

Registering does not guarantee contact, screening, an interview, an offer, placement, or employment. Hiring decisions and employment terms are made by the relevant employer. Some opportunities may no longer be available or may change during a search.

Accurate information

You agree to describe your experience, training, certifications, work authorization, portfolio materials, and availability accurately. Certifications, training, references, and work examples may be verified during screening where appropriate.

Materials you provide

You should submit only résumés, photographs, portfolio work, videos, and links that you have the right to share. Avoid customer information, readable license plates, confidential employer materials, or third-party content you are not authorized to provide.

Technician fees

Technicians do not pay AutoCraft Talent a placement fee.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, or use the application to distribute malicious files or unsolicited communications.

Submitting an application

An on-screen confirmation means the application record was accepted by AutoCraft Talent's application system. Email delivery is separate and is not guaranteed. If the site reports that an application was not saved, you should review the message and try again or use the communication channel provided by AutoCraft Talent.

Site availability and changes

AutoCraft Talent may update, suspend, or change the website and recruiting process. Content is provided for general recruiting information and may not reflect every requirement of a specific employer or role.

Applicable rights

These terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
