Privacy policy
Your information. Your choice.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
AutoCraft Talent is an independent recruiting agency. This policy explains the information we collect from professionals who join our private talent network, why we use it, and the choices available to candidates.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- Contact and location information, such as your name, email, phone number, city, state, and ZIP code.
- Professional information, including specialties, experience, tools, training, certifications, availability, and work preferences.
- Optional materials, such as a résumé, portfolio link, professional social link, work photographs, or a work video link.
- Your consent choices and communications with our recruiting team.
We do not request Social Security numbers, banking information, passports, driver's-license images, or immigration documents through the talent-network application.
How we use information
We use candidate information to operate the private talent network, understand qualifications and preferences, conduct recruiting and screening, communicate with candidates, and consider whether a candidate's background may fit a confidential opportunity.
Private profiles and employer sharing
Candidate profiles are not displayed publicly and are not listed in a public directory. AutoCraft Talent will not send your profile to a specific employer without further authorization. Employer and role details are shared during the screening process and before candidate information is presented.
Service providers and business operations
We may use service providers to support database hosting, private file storage, administrator authentication, communications, and other recruiting operations. Access is limited to what is needed to provide those services. We do not sell candidate profiles as a public directory product.
Retention, access, and deletion
Candidates may ask to update, correct, withdraw, or delete their profile using the communication channel provided by AutoCraft Talent. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, operational, legal, and security purposes. A specific retention schedule and verified privacy-request procedure must be finalized through legal review before production use.
California privacy
California residents may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and information about the collection and use of personal information. The production notice-at-collection and rights-request process will be reviewed for applicable California requirements before launch.
Security and file handling
Application records are stored in a private database, and uploaded documents are stored in private file storage. Candidate records and files are available only through authenticated, server-authorized administrative requests. AutoCraft Talent uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and analytics
The public application does not use advertising cookies or public candidate analytics. Necessary cookies may be used for administrator authentication and security. If analytics or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as the recruiting service and its systems develop. Candidates may use the communication channel provided by AutoCraft Talent to ask questions or make a privacy request.
